I joined BCG out of undergrad because it felt like an environment that had a lot to offer professionally.  The concept of ‘charting your own course’ has always been attractive to me and the diversity of opportunities you can seek and seize through BCG either internally or even externally is amazing. The most exciting thing about working at BCG is our people. You learn and grow with others every day and find yourself consistently in a room full of brilliant, humble and driven individuals with compelling life stories and goals; many of which become true friends over time.
