Work arrangements for this role can vary by office, team, and business needs. 
 
In general, BCG operates in a hybrid model, with many teams working from the office around three days per week. This supports close collaboration while still offering flexibility.

You will use a range of modern tools to stay organized, connected, and efficient. 

This typically includes Microsoft 365 such as Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for daily communication and collaboration. You will also use internal systems for scheduling, travel planning, and expense management. In some teams, you may work with additional project management and collaboration tools. 
 
You are not expected to know everything on day one. Training and support are provided to help you get up to speed quickly. 

AI is becoming an important part of how we work at BCG, helping to streamline tasks and improve productivity. 
 
In this role, AI-powered tools can support activities such as scheduling, drafting communications, summarizing information, and improving workflow efficiency.
