PROUD 2023

Our LGBTQ+ recruiting event

Embrace Your Uniqueness

Join us in Milan, Italy
27-29 September, 2023

'Nothing makes a team stronger than diversity.'

At BCG we want to allow everyone to be seen as they are.
Diversity is key for success in every organization—including our own—and hinges on the ability to elevate variety of thought and experience.
To fully reflect the world in which we work and to achieve a sustainable impact, we recruit passionate, open-minded people of all gender identities, sexual orientations, ethnicities, abilities, experience, and backgrounds.

During our three-day workshop with LGBTQ+ talent from Europe, Middle East, Africa, and South America all in one place, you will start building the foundation of your future. Explore how you can grow with BCG PROUD 2023 by connecting and being your authentic self at work while being part of our community.

At BCG, you’ll find a supportive environment to hone your leadership and communication skills while being surrounded by a diverse range of top students and consultants. Moreover, Pride@BCG, our LGBTQ+ network, ensures that everyone feels welcome in this vibrant community.

Please note:  we understand that there could be challenges with public-facing LGBTQ+ events, and therefore would gladly accommodate any request from selected candidates such as anonymity and we will only publish at the confirmation of the candidates. That being said, internally at BCG, it will be communicated that you are a selected PROUD candidate - though this communication would not be public-facing. If you have any additional questions, feel free to reach out to us.
