Accelerate your development

Our masterclass is your opportunity to learn directly from BCG consultants about how they approach their project work to deliver the results we're known for. Through interactive workshops and a real world case study, you will gain insight into life as a consultant at BCG, learn how to approach and solve complex business challenges, and develop core skills that will aid you in your studies and future career. You will also get the opportunity to build personal networks with our BCG consultants and get a head-start on preparing for our application process.

Application Criteria

We are looking for students who are curious, tenacious, have a passion for problem solving and want to have an impact on the world.

We encourage applications from passionate, driven and open-minded people from all gender identities, sexual orientations, ethnicities, abilities, and experiences. We look for students across all disciplines and universities.

In order to apply you must be:

In your penultimate or earlier year of study.
Available to attend in person in your chosen location for the full duration of the event.

Please note: BCG will not be covering travel costs for students to attend any of the Australian-based events. We will cover costs for selected New Zealand students studying at a regional New Zealand University to attend the event.

You will be asked to write 500 words outlining why you would like to be selected for this opportunity and what impact you hope the masterclass will have on you (and what impact you might have on BCG!).

We want to get to know you so please make sure you include information about things you’re passionate about and why BCG and/or management consulting has sparked your interest. A tip - don't treat this like a resume. Talk us through your story that we wouldn't be able to read in a typical application. We are seeking students to attend who can showcase diverse thinking, demonstrate their curiosity and have a passion for problem solving.
