AccessAbility@BCG offers opportunities to connect on topics such as physical disability, neurodiversity, chronic illness, and mental health. This global community seeks to foster inclusion and connection among people with disabilities and chronic illnesses as well as caregivers. 

AccessAbility@BCG creates spaces to amplify the voices of those with lived experiences of disability and chronic illness. It also provides resources for people with disabilities and promotes education throughout the firm. From peer mentorship to external partnerships, our groups are working to break the stigma and build a more accessible workplace for everyone. If you need any reasonable accommodations as part of the interview process, please let your recruiter know as soon as possible.
