Fostering an Accessible BCG for All

Our global AccessAbility@BCG employee resource group seeks to foster inclusion and community among people with disabilities and chronic illnesses as well as caregivers.

AccessAbility@BCG offers opportunities to connect on topics such as physical disability, neurodiversity, chronic illness,
​​​and mental health. This global commynity seeks to foster inclusion and connection among people with disabilities and chronic illnesses as well as caregivers. 

AccessAbility@BCG creates spaces to amplify the voices of those with lived experiences of disability and chonic illness. It also provides resources and advocacy for people with disabilities and promotes education, awareness, and bias reduction throughout the firm.

Our members range from assistants to senior managing directors and partners. They have lived experience in any of our four focus areas—physical disability, neurodiversity, chronic illness, and mental health challenges—or are caregivers for people with disabilities.
