About the Series
Who can register for Launch?

​​​​​​​Undergraduate and non-MBA Masters students from all fields of study and backgrounds attending a college or university in the U.S. or Canada are welcome to register and participate in Launch. 


Please note that signing up for BCG Launch is not a job application submission.

What will we cover during Launch?

​​​​​​​​​​​You'll connect with current BCGers as they share stories about our impactful work across roughly 30 sectors and industries, our transformative digital capabilities, and how BCG helps our Associates learn, grow, succeed, and have fun!

​​​​​​​We’ll also cover important recruiting details and give you a chance to ask questions about consulting as an industry and specifically BCG.
When can I register?

Students can begin registering for Launch on August 5th. Upon doing so,
you will receive an email confirming your registration. This email will also include information regarding each live session.  





How can I learn more about the different BCG offices? 

We will share what life and culture is like at BCG throughout Launch!

An equitable and inclusive launch pad


At BCG, we believe our success hinges on our ability to elevate diversity of thought and experience. We aim to recruit passionate, open-minded people of all ethnicities, gender identities, sexual orientations, abilities and experience. This summer, BCG will host additional programming for candidates interested in our Black, Latinx & Indigenous and Women networks. To learn more about these programs visit the links below.
BCG Advance
BCG Advance is an inspiring, interactive, invite-only virtual conference that will culminate with an opportunity to interview for a Summer internship.

The conference is for second-year undergraduate women currently enrolled at a U.S. or Canadian college or university.

Applications for this year's program have concluded. Check back early 2025 for future opportunties. 
Bridge to Consulting
Bridge to Consulting is an immersive workshop that enables you to explore life as a BCG Associate, make connections with others in your cohort, and develop your interview toolkit. The invite-only program culminates in an opportunity to interview for a Summer internship.

The program is for freshman/first-year and sophomore/second-year students who identify as Black/African American, Hispanic/Latino, and/or Indigenous/Native American/Alaska Native.

Applications for this year's program have concluded. Check back early 2025 for future opportunties.
