At BCG, we place strong emphasis on gathering diverse perspectives from people with a range of backgrounds, so there is no “one type” of person we look for. What BCGers do have in common is the curiosity and tenacity to solve problems, and the ability to become comfortable with the ambiguity that these challenges can bring.

We offer internships within core consulting, but also a number within the tech space, such as data science and analytics, strategic and experience design, and software engineering, to name a few. Whichever internship you choose, you’ll have a dedicated support network of BCGers teaching you new skills every day such as problem solving, data analysis, and presenting and pitching ideas, setting you up for success whichever career path you should choose. Most internships last for two to three months, but some may range from a few weeks, up to a year depending on the role and location.

“Participating in BCG’s Female Intensiveship program was an empowering and enriching experience. From day one, I was actively involved in meaningful work, including presenting directly to clients and fully owning a critical Excel model. The program also provided an incredible opportunity to connect with a network of talented women, many of whom I am thankful to call friends today.”

“My internship experience was actually a very accurate representation of the job I had once I joined full time… I think there are few other jobs out there that allow you to have such a high level of influence so early in your career. I was given so many unique opportunities to develop and grow in such a short amount of time.”
