Emeralds Talent
Program

Learn to navigate the world of business – before you graduate.

The BCG Emeralds Talent Program invites all students from Swedish universities to join our network for bold, curious, and ambitious students.

As a member, you will develop new skills, become familiar with management consulting, and – hopefully – move one step closer to your dream job.

Members of the Emeralds Program will become part of an exclusive and diverse network of university students from across Sweden. As part of the program, you will be invited to three events during February to June, including skills workshops, inspiring talks, and social events. You will also connect with BCG consultants who will mentor you along the way.

We embrace and celebrate achievements and experiences outside of the world of consulting and invite students of all backgrounds to apply. You should be interested in learning more about the businesses world and BCG to join the Emeralds Program.
