Pieter van den Berg is a Partner & Managing Director in the Financial Institutions practice, based in New York. He has been with BCG since 2001, and leads BCG's Commercial Banking segment globally. He also oversees BCG's knowledge & data assets for Wholesale Financial Institutions, including BCG's Corporate Banking Benchmarking and TMetrics, and is a core member of the Marketing, Sales & Pricing practice. Pieter has led assignments across a wide range of topics, with a focus on growth strategy, coverage model, sales force effectiveness, and pricing.

Nick joined BCG New York as a Summer Associate in the summer of 2018 and returned as an Associate in 2020. Prior to BCG, Nick graduated from Yale with a B.A. in Global Affairs. At Yale, Nick sang in the Spizzwinks and Whiffenpoofs and was a campus tour guide. At BCG, Nick has worked primarily on projects in the Biopharma and Media spaces. Outside of work, Nick likes to spend his time singing, running, and eating the many different foods that NYC has to offer.

Becca joined BCG’s Washington, DC office as a Talent Acquisition Specialist on the Northeast Campus Pod in May of 2022. Prior to joining BCG, Becca graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a B.A. in Sociology and a Certificate in American Sign Language. Outside of BCG, Becca enjoys doing yoga, going on hikes, and going to concerts!

Please note, for Full-Time and Summer roles, you may only submit one job application for the same role per recruiting year. If you are unsuccessful during the July deadline you may not apply again in the second option.

Please note, if you do not apply by July 21st, BCG will not be able to expedite your hiring process ahead of our September cycle so please apply by the first option if you expect to receive any offers requiring decisions prior to September.
For students with graduation dates between December 2024 – June 2025, and who identify as Black/African American, Hispanic/Latino and/or Native American/Alaska Native, we will begin accepting applications to our Growing Future Leaders (GFL) Sophomore Internship Program on August 1, 2022. You will have the opportunity to experience BCG’s work and culture in one of our US or Canadian offices. In this time, you will be paired with a mentor, participate in training and development programs, and work as a member of a BCG team. Upon successful completion of the GFL Internship Program, individuals are eligible for a junior-year internship offer. Applications for GFL will open on August 1, 2022 and be due on September 15, 2022.
