Meet Our Team
Kyle Ruttan is the Campus Recruiting Partner for Toronto and Managing Director & Partner.  Kyle originally joined BCG as a Summer Associate in 2009, re-joining for full-time in 2010 after completing the joint Integrated Engineering and Business program at Western University and the Ivey School of Business.  Kyle’s consulting practice focuses on serving leading Telecom clients across North America across a range of topics, with a special focus on applying AI to drive business impact.  As part of his work, he spent a year with BCG’s Sydney office supporting Telco clients as a BCG Practice Area Ambassador.  Outside of work, Kyle’s interests include running, snowboarding and cheering on the Raptors.

Zach Hamel is a Principal and the Associate Recruiting Director in BCG's Toronto office. He joined BCG in 2016 after completing a summer internship in 2015. Zach’s work focuses on growth & product creation strategy with a focus on Consumer Durables & Industrial Goods. He’s worked with clients in North America, Europe, Australia, and China. Zach graduated from Western University’s Ivey Business School in London, Ontario as an Ivey Scholar.

Principal, Associate Recruiting Director
Alisha is a Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist in BCG's Toronto office. She joined as a Recruiting Intern back in 2019. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with Distinction from Ryerson University, majoring in Human Resources and minoring in Psychology. Prior to working for BCG, Alisha had worked in the nuclear/electricity industry supporting Kinectrics Inc. Outside of work Alisha enjoys cooking, spending time with family and friends, and testing out new food trends.

Alisha Perera
Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist
Samantha is a Consultant in BCG’s Toronto office. She joined BCG as a Summer Associate in 2018. Samantha has a diverse set of prior work experience in the areas of consulting and finance. Samantha holds a BBA and a BA in financial mathematics, both from Wilfrid Laurier University, and is an Alumni Gold Medal recipient for both programs. In her spare time, Samantha enjoys trying all kinds of new restaurants, learning about (and drinking!) wine, travelling, and social impact projects.

Kathryn joined BCG as an Associate in December of 2020. Kathryn has a diverse set of prior work experience in the areas of strategy and finance. Kathryn holds a BBA from Wilfrid Laurier University and is a President Gold Award Recipient. While completing her degree, Kathryn was able to put her learnings to the test by representing Laurier at several international case competitions, with notable wins in Japan and Budapest. In her spare time, Kathryn loves working out, listening to podcasts, reading a good book, trying new vegetarian recipes and travelling.

2024 Summer Associate (Class of 2025) Opportunities


​​​​​​​We seek people with drive, energy, first-rate minds, and ability to lead and persuade.  In selecting people to join the firm, we carry out an intensive interviewing process. Candidates should demonstrate success in their academic and extracurricular activities, whether that be through volunteer work, professional experiences, or through personal initiatives. Compensation for associates entering the firm is extremely competitive and grows rapidly with strong performance.

Eligibility 

We are interested in meeting Undergraduate and Master’s students scheduled to graduate in 2025 and Master’s students graduating between October and December 2024.  Candidates should demonstrate success in their academic and extra-curricular activities, whether that be through volunteer work, professional internships, or through personal initiatives.  We seek people with drive, creativity, intelligence, and an ability to lead.

Language of work for positions permanently located in Quebec

Knowledge of French is required for positions permanently located in Quebec so incumbents can communicate with their colleagues and suppliers in Quebec as necessary. French-language training is offered to all incumbents in permanent positions in Quebec who do not have a good knowledge of French. Fluent English is required for this position in order to communicate with clients, partners and colleagues, who are predominantly located outside Quebec.
