Meet Our Team 

Kyle Ruttan is the Campus Recruiting Partner for Toronto and Managing Director & Partner. Kyle originally joined BCG as a Summer Associate in 2009, re-joining for full-time in 2010 after completing the joint Integrated Engineering and Business program at Western University and the Ivey School of Business. His consulting practice focuses on serving leading Telecom clients across North America on a range of topics, with a special focus on applying AI to drive business impact. As part of his work, he spent a year with BCG’s Sydney office supporting Telco clients as a BCG Practice Area Ambassador. Outside of work, Kyle’s interests include running, snowboarding, and cheering on the Raptors.
Kyle Ruttan

Rona joined BCG as an Associate in the Toronto office in January 2024. Prior to joining the firm, she completed diverse internships across marketing, technology, and venture philanthropy. Most recently, she wrapped up her term with Microsoft, where she supported the Canadian Sales Programs team. In this role, Rona also took initiative with Green Canada to advance climate tech solutions. Her strategy experience also includes time at Deloitte, where she worked on a digital transformation project for a leading Canadian insurance provider, and at LEAP | Pecaut Centre, where she helped build growth strategies for ventures under the Healthy Futures Accelerator. Rona holds a Bachelor of Honours Mathematics from the University of Waterloo and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University. Outside of work, she enjoys fitness, travel, fashion, and is currently learning to snowboard.

Consultant, Undergraduate and Masters Co-Captain
Aleksandra Damjan is a Principal and Associate Recruiting Director in the BCG Toronto office. After joining as a Senior Associate in 2019, Aleks has worked across various practice areas, including Social Impact, Principal Investors & Private Equity, Corporate Finance & Strategy, and Financial Institutions. Prior to BCG, Aleks worked for CPP Investments, conducting primary research for the evaluation of investment opportunities, focused on the Technology and Consumer sectors. Aleks holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Wilfrid Laurier University and a Bachelor of Mathematics degree from the University of Waterloo.
Aleksandra Damjan
Principal and Associate Recruiting Director
Alisha is a Talent Acquisition Manager in BCG’s Toronto office. She joined as a Recruiting Intern in 2019. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with Distinction from Ryerson University, majoring in Human Resources and minoring in Psychology. Prior to working for BCG, Alisha worked in the nuclear/electricity industry supporting Kinectrics Inc. Outside of work, Alisha enjoys cooking, spending time with family and friends, and testing out new food trends.
Alisha Perera
Talent Acquisition Manager
Allison is an Associate in the BCG Toronto office. She was a previous summer intern, where she worked on a digital and AI enabled supply chain strategy. Allison has prior internship experience as an Investment Banking Analyst at RBC, a Business Systems Analyst at TD Securities and a Risk Analyst at Deloitte. She earned a Bachelor of Mathematics from the University of Waterloo, as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University, for which she was awarded the Alumni Gold Medal at graduation for her academic performance.

BCG Advance is an inspiring, interactive, invite-only virtual conference for juniors / third-year students currently enrolled in a college or university in the U.S. or Canada and graduating between December 2026 and July 2027.
