Meet Our Team

Kyle Ruttan is the Campus Recruiting Partner for Toronto and Managing Director & Partner.  Kyle originally joined BCG as a Summer Associate in 2009, re-joining for full-time in 2010 after completing the joint Integrated Engineering and Business program at Western University and the Ivey School of Business.  Kyle’s consulting practice focuses on serving leading Telecom clients across North America across a range of topics, with a special focus on applying AI to drive business impact.  As part of his work, he spent a year with BCG’s Sydney office supporting Telco clients as a BCG Practice Area Ambassador.  Outside of work, Kyle’s interests include running, snowboarding and cheering on the Raptors.

Recruiting Partner
Charlotte MacDonald is a Principal and Associate Recruiting Director in the BCG Toronto office. Charlotte joined BCG as an Associate in 2013. She spent her first couple of years exploring a variety of industries, and has since primarily served Retail and Consumer Goods clients, covering a variety of topics including large transformations, pricing strategy, and franchise strategy. During this time, she spent six months staffed in London, UK and worked with teams from all over North America. Charlotte holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Queen’s, as well as an MBA from Harvard Business School. Charlotte is a proud Atlantic Canadian, having grown up between Halifax and PEI. Outside of work, she enjoys doing anything she can to stay active (a recent Peloton convert) and re-acquainting herself with the Toronto restaurant scene.

Charlotte Macdonald
Principal, Associate Recruiting Director
Alisha is a Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist in BCG's Toronto office. She joined as a Recruiting Intern back in 2019. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with Distinction from Ryerson University, majoring in Human Resources and minoring in Psychology. Prior to working for BCG, Alisha had worked in the nuclear/electricity industry supporting Kinectrics Inc. Outside of work Alisha enjoys cooking, spending time with family and friends, and testing out new food trends.

Alisha Perera
Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist
Torry is an Associate in BCG’s Toronto office. He graduated from University of Waterloo, where he studied computing and financial management. He spent a winter with BCG as an Intern Associate. Previously, Torry has had internships with Shopify and Wayfair, working in finance data science (i.e., merchant discounting patterns and holiday shopping trends) and data analytics for reverse logistics, respectively. When not at work, he enjoys growing vegetables and being outside.

Associate, Undergraduate and Masters Co-Captain
Sheha joined BCG as an Associate in the Toronto office in January 2022. Her experiences prior to BCG vary from technology to social innovation, and the intersection of both. She worked at Apple Inc. as an Engineering Program Manager, led the iPhone 12 MagSafe Wallet program, and holds a patent for inventing Inline Replies, part of the iOS 14 release. Sheha is interested in technology for social impact and public sector transformation. Poverty alleviation, climate change, and equitable education in developing nations are causes that she is personally devoted to. Outside of work Sheha is an avid reader and very interested in Eastern languages.
