Meet Our Team
Ben is a Senior Partner and core member of BCG's Healthcare and Operations practice areas. He is BCG's global theme leader on network strategy for pharmaceutical manufacturing. Before joining the firm, Mr. Aylor worked as a Senior Consultant in the Business Consulting division of Arthur Andersen, leading IT consulting engagements in the telecommunications and entertainment industries. He also interned as an equity research analyst for Atlantic Capital Management, and was a Research Assistant for Neurovisualization Laboratory. Ben received his MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management and a B.S. in Systems Engineering with High Distinction from The University of Virginia.
Managing Director & Senior Partner, and Recruiting Partner
Allie joined BCG's Washington, D.C. office as a Full Time Associate in June of 2021. Prior to BCG, Allie graduated from the University of Virginia with a Bachelors degree in Public Policy & Leadership and a second major in Global Security. At BCG, Allie has worked primarily in the Federal space, with experience in Aerospace & Defense and Industrial Goods practice areas. Outside of work, Allie enjoys spending time outdoors (especially to play golf), exploring D.C., and going to see live music.
Associate and UVA Specialist
Du joined BCG's Washington, D.C. office as a Summer Associate in 2020 and returned as an Associate in September 2021. Prior to joining BCG, Du graduated from the University of Virginia with a B.S. in Commerce; he also interned in entertainment and healthcare. Since returning to BCG, Du has primarily supported clients in our Principal Investors and Private Equity (PIPE) practice on both investment diligence and growth/go-to-market strategy projects, working across sectors such as technology, industrial goods, and business services. Outside of work, Du enjoys road biking (loyal fan of the DC Capital Bikeshare program!), hiking, and trying new recipes.
Associate and UVA Specialist
Becca joined BCG’s Washington, DC office as a Talent Acquisition Specialist on the Northeast Campus Pod in May of 2022. Prior to joining BCG, Becca graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a B.A. in Sociology and a Certificate in American Sign Language. Outside of BCG, Becca enjoys doing yoga, going on hikes, and going to concerts!

BCG is excited to accept applications from current students interested in our 2023 Full-Time Associate, Summer Associate Intern and Sophomore Growing Future Leader Intern roles this summer and fall! Please see below for the different open positions and apply to the one you are eligible for. Please note, for Full-Time and Summer roles, you may only submit one job application for the same role per recruiting year. If you are unsuccessful during the July deadline you may not apply again in the second option.
For students with graduation dates between December 2022 – August 2023, we are offering two deadlines for full-time Associate opportunities:

For students with graduation dates between December 2023 – June 2024, we are offering two opportunities to apply for summer internships taking place during the summer of 2023:

APPLY HERE! You can choose one deadline based on your own personal timeline and how prepared you feel. Please note, if you do not apply by July 21st, BCG will not be able to expedite your hiring process ahead of our September cycle so please apply by the first option if you expect to receive any offers requiring decisions prior to September.
For students with graduation dates between December 2024 – June 2025, and who identify as Black/African American, Hispanic/Latino and/or Native American/Alaska Native, we will begin accepting applications to our Growing Future Leaders (GFL) Sophomore Internship Program on August 1, 2022. You will have the opportunity to experience BCG’s work and culture in one of our US or Canadian offices. In this time, you will be paired with a mentor, participate in training and development programs, and work as a member of a BCG team. Upon successful completion of the GFL Internship Program, individuals are eligible for a junior-year internship offer. Applications for GFL will open on August 1, 2022 and be due on September 15, 2022.
