Richard joined BCG in 2015, having previously worked as a postdoctoral researcher and lecturer. He graduated in Mathematics from the University of Cambridge before completing a PhD in theoretical physics at the University of Oxford. Richard is a Partner in BCG's energy practice - focused on networks and retail, and with particular interests in the future of mobility, energy transition, and technology.

Claire is the London Campus Recruiting Manager for BCG, having joined the firm in 2017 as part of the Experienced Hiring team. She previously worked at Ocado on their graduate management scheme. Claire holds a Masters in Management and undergraduate Mathematics degree, both from the University of Sheffield.

Diana joined BCG in July 2018 and focusses on MBA recruiting from London Business School, Judge Business School and Saïd Business School, as well as other UK universities. Before BCG, she worked in graduate recruitment in Investment Banking and Law. Diana holds a BSc in Management from Cass Business School.

While she recently joined the London office from our Chicago office, she has been with BCG since 2017. Prior to joining BCG, Britt graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelors in International Studies and Political Science.

Worried that you have only had limited interview practice? Want to know the sort of qualities and key elements we look for during an interview? Come and hear from BCGers on their tips and tricks on the end-to-end interview process, and hear their first hand experience on how to ace your interview.
