Meet Our Team
Molly is a Talent Acquisition Specialist overseeing campus recruiting in the Midwest. She joined BCG in 2022 and is based in the Detroit office. Molly holds a BA in Marketing from Michigan State University and recently completed her Masters' in Human Resource Management and Organizational Development from Eastern Michigan University. Molly has spent the majority of her career in the non-profit space focusing specifically on early career candidates. Her most recent work was with a Series A startup recruiting technical talent.

BCG provides you with a guided, personalized staffing model that provides you with individual support from your local talent manager, but also enables you to be entrepreneurial and explore industries & interests, locally or globally.
Directly following the BCG Launch kick-off session, join our panel of current BCGers with Humanities/Liberal Arts backgrounds as they share how they use their Humanities/Liberal Arts majors as BCG consultants.
