Meet Our Team

Whitney is a Managing Director & Partner and Recruiting Director for BCG's Calgary office. She has experience across Energy, Mining, Industrial Goods, and Whitney has worked with clients across North America and in the Alberta oil sands on a range of topics from large scale digital transformations, implementation and coaching on agile and new ways of working, development of Data Science & Machine Learning solutions, and more. Whitney holds a Bachelor in Economics from Cornell University and an MBA from the Ross School of Business. Outside of work Whitney enjoys trying new restaurants, playing soccer, running, and spending time in the mountains golfing and snowboarding.

Recruiting Partner
Peter Davidge is a Project Leader in BCG’s Calgary office. He joined the firm in 2018 as a Senior Associate, after spending four years with a boutique consulting firm. As a consultant, Peter has serviced clients in a broad range of industries, including Telecom, Energy, Retail, and Private Equity. He is passionate about BCG’s Digital offerings and has done cases with BCG Gamma, Platinion, and Digital Ventures. Internally, he leads associate recruiting in Calgary and has supported several pro-bono cases for Calgary based charities and organizations. Before joining BCG, Peter worked for Stroud International, a boutique consulting firm that focuses on operations and capital projects. Peter is a Dean’s Scholar with a BASc. in Electrical Engineering from Queen’s University. He is an avid skier, mountaineer, bookworm and self-proclaimed Iron Chef.

Calgary Recruiting Director
Olivia Diec is the Talent Acquisition Manager for BCG Canada. She is based out of the Montreal office. Olivia brings a wealth of experience in HR and recruitment to her role at BCG. Her approach as a recruiter is centered 
around ensuring a positive and meaningful experience for each candidate. Before joining BCG, Olivia's career was firmly rooted in various HR roles, always with a focus in the consulting industry. Outside of work, Olivia is a serial hobbyist, constantly exploring new activities with friends. She also spends a lot of time with her dog Milo and will spend anytime talking about him.

Talent Acquisition Manager
Killian joined BCG as an Associate in 2022, after graduating from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor's of Commerce. At UBC, he studied Global Supply Chain and Logistics Management with a concentration in Business Analytics. Since joining BCG, Killian has worked on IG, Energy, PIPE, and Consumer cases, across a variety of topics. Before BCG, Killian worked with Labatt Brewing Company in their supply chain department, helping find ways to optimize logistics costs. He also worked at Seaspan ULC, a shipping company located in North Vancouver. In this role, he helped design and install a digital system to manage compliance. Outside of work he enjoys skiing, swimming, bouldering, and music.

Elan joined BCG in 2021 after working as a geotechnical engineer (P.Eng.) in mining and O&G (Shell and Canadian Natural Resources) for five years. She received a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Geological Engineering from the University of British Columbia where she graduated with Distinction / First Class Honours. Elan is actively involved in her community, currently serving on the Board of Directors of a local non-profit organization, Young Professionals in Energy (Calgary Chapter), which aims to build a strong network of young professionals in the energy sector in Calgary and beyond. In her spare time, Elan enjoys hiking, cycling, skiing, photography, and reading. She loves to travel and is always seeking out new adventures!

Summer Associate
 (Class of 2026)

We seek people with drive, energy, first-rate minds, and ability to lead and persuade. In selecting people to join the firm, we carry out an intensive interviewing process. Candidates should demonstrate success in their academic and extracurricular activities, whether that be through volunteer work, professional experiences, or through personal initiatives. Compensation for associates entering the firm is extremely competitive and grows rapidly with strong performance.

Eligibility 

We are interested in meeting Undergraduate and Master’s students in a Western Canada University, scheduled to graduate in 2026 and Master’s students graduating December 2025.  Candidates should demonstrate success in their academic and extra-curricular activities, whether that be through volunteer work, professional internships, or through personal initiatives.  We seek people with drive, creativity, intelligence, and an ability to lead.

Language of work for positions permanently located in Quebec
Knowledge of French is required for positions permanently located in Quebec so incumbents can communicate with their colleagues and suppliers in Quebec as necessary. French-language training is offered to all incumbents in permanent positions in Quebec who do not have a good knowledge of French. Fluent English is required for this position in order to communicate with clients, partners and colleagues, who are predominantly located outside Quebec.

BCG Information Session

September 26th | 5:30pm - 7:00pm PT
On Thursday, September 26th, Boston Consulting Group (BCG) is excited to host a fun & interactive session to explore the world of Management Consulting through the perspective of BCG. During this session we will provide an introduction to BCG, recruiting and a networking opportunity with BCGers to learn more about the various practice areas we work in. BCG is a tremendous platform and we truly believe there is no better place to launch (or continue) your career.
