Meet Our Team

Leslie Howard graduated from the University of Missouri with bachelors degrees in strategic communication and theatre performance. She also holds a masters in Youth Studies from the University of Glasgow. After working as a recruiter and program manager in the education space, Leslie joined the BCG team in 2021 and works with students pursuing MBAs and advanced degrees. Outside of work, she acts, dances, travels and spends as much time as possible outdoors.

Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist
Racquel is the Talent Acquisition Manager for all North American-based recruiting for BCG's international offices. Racquel is located in the Boston office and graduated from Boston College with a major in History and a minor in Philosophy. In her free time, Racquel loves to run and spend time on the beach.

Global Talent Acquisition Manager
Molly oversees campus recruiting for those interested in digital strategy consulting roles. Molly is originally from Boston and currently lives in New York. Prior to BCG, Molly worked at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute in clinical research administration. On the weekends, she loves to read, try new restaurants, and spend time outside.

Talent Acquisition Manager
Shane Wilkinson is a Consultant in the San Francisco office. His casework focuses on TDA (Tech & Digital Advantage), TMT, and Corporate Finance & Strategy. Shane's functional experience includes IT and digital transformation, pricing, data strategy, go-to-market, benchmarking, and roadmap development. Prior to BCG, Shane worked as a data engineer at a sports gambling analytics startup in San Francisco, an implementation consultant, and as a football research analyst for the Dallas Cowboys coaching staff. Shane holds an MBA from the UC Berkeley Haas School of Business, an MS in predictive analytics from Northwestern, and a BA in biology from Princeton University where he competed on the football team. Shane can be found fly fishing, skiing, golfing, backpacking, or cycling based on the season. Shane closely follows all 4 major North American sports, as well as Formula 1 and cycling.

Abhishek is a Project Leader in the BCG San Francisco office. His work at BCG has spanned Technology, Climate, and Public Sector Practice Areas. Prior to BCG, he worked across multiple sectors including technology, non-profit, and education. Abhishek holds an MBA from Haas School of Business, University of California, Berkeley. For undergrad, he earned his Bachelors of Engineering from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore. In his free time, Abhishek enjoys tennis, skiing, traveling, music festivals, picnics, movies, community building and yoga.

BCG recruits, develops, and deploys digital strategy consultants and experts to address our clients' unique needs. We offer opportunities for individuals with a strong interest in strategy consulting and experience in digital or technology fields to join as consultants, with priority access to digital casework.

Update your profile information:
  • Resume in the Resume and ​ Other Documents section
  • Top two office preferences in the Personal Preferences section of your profile - these are timestamped at application - ensure they are updated prior to applying and ensure they remain consistent throughout the application process
Application Deadline - November 10, 2024 (11:59 PM Local Time)

Navigate to the application(s) that aligns with your top two office preferences. If you are interested in:
  • US Offices only: Apply to the US application
  • US and international offices: Apply to the US application and the relevant system or country-specific application
  • Offices outside of the US only: Apply to the system or country-specific applications

Digital Interest
The application will prompt you to indicate ​ whether you have digital experience. If you have digital experience and would like ​ to be considered for the digital strategy consultant role, please select yes ​ when prompted. Please click here to learn ​more about the digital consultant role.
Post the application deadline

After Applying
Once you have applied, you will be prompted to:
  • Complete a survey asking you to confirm your office preferences and test scores
  • Complete the Consultant Career Assessment (CCA) - FAQs here (if you applied to the US application)
    • Dates: November 13-14
  • Complete the online case (~35 minutes)
    (all candidates except those who selected a Canadian office preferences as their primary office preference)
    • Date: November 19,2024 from 12:00 PM - 3:00 PM PT
