Meet Our Team
Jean-Paul joined BCG in November 2010, having previously worked at Bain & Co, Deloitte Consulting and a start-up software business. He graduated from Balliol College, Oxford in 2000 with a BA in Philosophy, Politics and Economics. Jean-Paul is focused on the Media practice area and has worked with clients across television, newspapers, digital media and online travel since joining BCG.
UK University Recruiting Director
Lucy works on the campaigns for the London Business School and other UK universities. Lucy started at BCG in 2015 in the role of the UK, University Recruiting Coordinator for BCG London. Before BCG, she worked for a boutique recruitment firm for over two years as a candidate manager placing strategy and management consultants onto freelance projects. Lucy holds a BSc in Psychology from Leeds University.

Full time positions (Associates and Junior Consultants)
Our selection process is rigorous. Firstly, you need to apply online and attach your CV, cover letter and transcripts. Our autumn recruiting online application is open from the 15th September to 31st October 2015. Successful applicants will pass through a CV review, and will be invited to first round interviews. We require an outstanding academic record (a minimum of 2:1 degree or equivalent), plus evidence of excellence in non-academic and extra-curricular activities.
The first round consists of a 45-minute face to face case based interview and a written math test. At the second round, you will have two 45-minute face to face case based interviews and final round will consist of two-three 45-minute face to face case based interviews with Partners and senior Principals of the London office.
Summer Internships/Visiting Associate Positions
BCG London offers a summer internship programme for penultimate year students and details can be found on our local website. The application period for penultimate year students interested in summer internships in the London office opens on the 1st January 2016 and closes on the 30th January 2016. Firstly, you need to apply online and attach your CV, cover letter and transcripts. Successful applicants will pass through a CV review, and will be invited to first round interviews. We require an outstanding academic record (a minimum of 2:1 degree or equivalent), plus evidence of excellence in non-academic and extra-curricular activities.
