Ashley Merritt oversees MIT Sloan recruiting for BCG. Prior to stepping into this role, she worked at BCG as a consultant in the Washington, DC office focused on public sector work. Her previous work experience also includes practicing as a corporate lawyer at a biglaw firm in DC and working in education (both higher ed and early childhood education). Outside of work, Ashley enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband, toddler, and rescue pup.

Anna is a Project Leader in the Boston office. She joined full time in 2022 after spending her summer at BCG in 2021. At BCG, Anna’s work has spanned Financial Institutions/Insurance, Climate & Sustainability (C&S), Tech, Media & Telecom (TMT), and Public Sector. Prior to BCG, Anna spent five years at Visa, where she primarily focused on sponsorship marketing strategy for the brand’s global FIFA, Olympics, and NFL partnerships. Anna holds an MBA from MIT Sloan, MPA from Harvard Kennedy School, and BA in Communications from UCLA. In her free time, Anna enjoys exploring the Boston/Cambridge restaurant scene, and being outside with family and friends (hiking, swimming, skiing, and running!).

Kate is BCG's Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist for Sloan, based out of our Boston Office. Kate has been on the Consultant Campus Team since she joined BCG in 2022. Kate's education includes a Master's Degree in Higher Education Administration from Boston College, where she worked in the Carroll School of Management, Office of Graduate Recruitment and Enrollment, and the Dean of Students Office. She earned a BA in Media Studies, PR & Advertising from the University of Tulsa and is a St. Louis native. Outside of work she enjoys trying new restaurants, exploring Boston, and snuggling her pups, Bagel & Charlie.

Racquel is the Talent Acquisition Manager for all North American-based recruiting for BCG's international offices. Racquel is located in the Boston office and graduated from Boston College with a major in History and a minor in Philosophy. In her free time, Racquel loves to run and spend time on the beach.

Molly oversees campus recruiting for those interested in digital strategy consulting roles. Molly is originally from Boston and currently lives in New York. Prior to BCG, Molly worked at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute in clinical research administration. On the weekends, she loves to read, try new restaurants, and spend time outside.
