BCG Campus Representative Coffee Chats (On Campus)
This BCG Campus Representative Coffee Chat presents a unique opportunity for you to talk directly with our BCG Sloan Campus Representative, who was a Sloan '21. You can ask this consultant about what it's like to work at BCG and get their advice on navigating our recruiting process.
Request a Digital Coffee Chat here! These chats for those who are interested in learning about the opportunity to join BCG as a Consultant with priority access to digital work. This is an option for those with previous tech/digital experience (e.g. software/data engineer, product manager, data science/AI, tech/digital strategy) AND interest in developing their capability within this space. It’s somewhat like “declaring a major early”; internally we refer to it as “adding a digital tag”.
Before BCG consultants can solve clients' complex problems, they must define what those problems are and think through how to tackle them. This interactive session will help you focus on the key issues outlined in a real BCG case, establish a relevant framework for solving them, and identify the analyses you might perform to reach a solution. Practice your case structuring skills in a small group setting with a BCG consultant. Register here.
BCG’s Public Sector practice is one of the largest practice areas at BCG, with deep expertise in every area of government from economic development and infrastructure, to education and healthcare systems. Learn more about how clients in most major markets around the world trust BCG to improve the financial, economic and societal well-being of their citizens.
Women@BCG connects its members with diverse colleagues, inspiring mentors, and passionate allies who help them make the most of BCG's unlimited opportunities. Attend this on campus lunch event to discover how this dynamic network helps BCG consultants build sustainable, fulfilling careers.
It’s an exciting time to join BCG! Please apply here by November 9, 2023 at 11:59 PM ET. You will be asked to provide:
Your office preference(s)—up to three, weighted to reflect your level of interest in each
A cover letter (truly optional—you may upload your resume twice if the system requires an upload and you do not want to submit a cover letter)
An indication of your interest in the Digital Consultant role. Digitally-tagged consultants have previous digital/technical work experience and desire to spend a meaningful amount of their career working on and solving digital problems.
Online Case The application process includes an online problem-solving assessment that must be completed on November 16, 2023 between 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM ET. All applicants are required to take the online problem solving assessment to complete their application. The assessment takes ~40 minutes and must be completed within the above time range.
Pymetrics If you apply to a US BCG office, you will also receive an email inviting you to play the pymetrics games after you submit your application. These 12 neuroscience-based games provide insight into your cognitive and emotional attributes and your potential for success at BCG. The games take ~25 minutes to play, and you will have 48 hours to play them after receiving the invitation. For more information on pymetrics, please click here. If you have already played the pymetrics games as part of a previous BCG application, you will not be prompted to play the games again as we already have your results on file.
