Meet Our Team

Shayla oversees MIT Sloan recruiting for BCG. She joined BCG in 2018 in the Philadelphia office, spent three years in the New York office, and is now based in Boston. Prior to BCG, Shayla was an assistant director at Villanova University’s Career Center. She holds an MS in Human Resource Development from Villanova University and a BS in Marketing and International Business from the University of Delaware.

Racquel is the Talent Acquisition Manager for all North American-based recruiting for BCG's international offices. Racquel is located in the Boston office and graduated from Boston College with a major in History and a minor in Philosophy. In her free time, Racquel loves to run and spend time on the beach.

We offer opportunities for individuals with a strong interest in strategy consulting and experience in digital or technology fields to join as consultants, with priority access to digital casework.

FT MBA - Application Information

International Offices: September 11, 2026 at 11:59 PM Local TIme

Navigate to the application(s) that aligns with your top two office preferences. If you are interested in: US Offices only: 
Digital Interest: 
  • The application will prompt you to indicate ​ whether you have digital experience. If you have digital experience and would like ​ to be considered for the digital strategy consultant role, please select yes ​ when prompted. Please click here to learn ​more about the digital consultant role.

Please note:
  • All BCG applications will ask you for your top two office preferences
    • Please ensure your top two office preferences remain consistent across applications
  • When prompted for your education, please include your MBA program information. 
  • If you apply to multiple applications, you will only have the opportunity to move forward with one country or system if selected
  • The office(s) you select on your application is final and cannot be changed after you apply. You will only be considered for the office you choose, and any subsequent updates to your profile will not be reflected on your application.

FT MBA - Post Applying

Once you have applied, you will be prompted to: 
  • Complete the Consultant Career Assessment (CCA)
  • Complete the online case (~35 minutes) (all candidates except those who selected a Canadian office preferences as their primary office preference)

Please note:
  • If you have taken the CCA or online case as part of your summer consultant application - you will not take it again. 
    • If it's been more than a year since you have taken the CCA, you will be prompted to take it again. 
  • However, if you are interested in an office outside of the US, that office may ask you to re-take the online case.
  • If you applied to both a US and an international office, your international application will be reviewed with the September 11 deadline. You will receive separate outcome notifications for each application; however, if selected, you will only be invited to move forward with one country or system.
