Kristen Bonanno
Head of Kellogg and Ross Talent Acquisition

Meet Our Team

Kristen joined Boston Consulting Group in 2011. She is Head of Kellogg and Ross Recruiting and formerly Head of Marketing for North America Recruiting. Prior to joining BCG, Kristen led the turn-around of a fine wine distribution company and had a long career in brand management at PepsiCo. Kristen received her MBA from the Kellogg Business School and a BBA from The University of Michigan.

Jaime Witowski is a Talent Acquisition Senior specialist focused on Kellogg and Ross recruiting. Jaime has been part of our BCG Talent Acquisition team since 2015 where she worked within our recruiting operations team. She graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2014 with a major in Sociology. In her free time Jaime likes to pursue her passion in photography, enjoy live music, spend time at her family's lake home, and explore all that Chicago has to offer.

Talent Acquisition Senioe Specialist
Ashley Griffin is a Talent Acquisition Specialist focused on Kellogg and Ross Recruiting. Prior to joining BCG, Ashley worked at Exact Sciences as an Employee Engagement Specialist and Recruitment Coordinator. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a major in Management & Human Resources. In her free time, Ashley loves to play tennis, watch movies with friends, and try new restaurants around the city.

Talent Acquisition Specialist
Skye joined BCG as a Summer Consultant in 2019 and returned full time in 2020. She is currently a Project Leader in the Detroit office. At BCG, Skye has worked across Public Sector, Social Impact, Retail and Med Tech practice areas. Prior to joining BCG, Skye was a Proposal Development Specialist for Michigan State University’s Office of International Research Collaboration. She holds an MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and a BA in Comparative Cultures and Politics from Michigan State University. In her free time she enjoys exploring Ann Arbor, cooking, and spending time with her husband and dog.

Global Specialist for class of 2024
Racquel is the Talent Acquisition Lead for all North American-based recruiting for BCG's international offices. Racquel is located in the Boston office and graduated from Boston College with a major in History and a minor in Philosophy. In her free time, Racquel loves to run and spend time on the beach.

Dimitri joined BCG in 2017. At BCG, he has served clients across a wide range of industries with the majority of his work residing in the consumer sector. Dimitri received his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Virginia and his M.S. and Ph.D. in the same field from the Georgia Institute of Technology. He also holds an MBA from the University of Texas – Austin’s McCombs School of Business. In his free time, Dimitri enjoys Crossfit, cooking, and spending time with family.

Black, Latinx, and Indigenous Recruiting Director
Nico is a member of the Consumer Goods practice, with a focus on Fashion & Luxury, and Marketing. Nicolas originally joined BCG's Bogota Office and transferred to New York after completing his MBA. During his MBA, Nicolas interned at YOOX Net-A-Porter Group in Milan and Cole Haan in New York. Nicolas earned his MBA at Harvard Business School. He holds a Master in Financial Economics from the University of Oxford and a BA in Business and Economics from Universidad de Los Andes.

Rylan joined BCG in August 2017. He primarily works in Healthcare R&D, with a focus on biopharma clinical trials. He has extensive experience working with DV and Gamma. Prior to joining the firm, Rylan served as a US Navy officer with expertise in both anti-piracy and long-range missile planning. He is part of Veterans@BCG and serves on the leadership team as head of recruiting. Rylan holds a BS in Systems Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Duke University.

Patrick joined BCG as a Summer Consultant in 2019 and returned full-time in September 2020. He primarily works in Aerospace and Defense across manufacturing, supply chain and strategy topics with both government and commercial clients. Patrick is a member of the Veterans@BCG and currently serves as Recruiting Director for the network. Before joining the firm, Patrick spent over eight years in the U.S. Navy as a maritime patrol and reconnaissance aviator, operations manager, and aide de camp to the Navy’s budget leader (OPNAV N9). Patrick earned his BA in History and Political Science from Vanderbilt University and his MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Matt is a Project Leader in the Chicago office of Boston Consulting Group and a member of the Technology and Digital Advantage (TDA) practice. Prior to BCG, Matt worked for 5 years in various software engineering roles for NVISIA, a boutique software consulting firm, and Liberty Mutual Insurance. Matt received an MBA and certificate in Health Sector Management from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University and BS in Computer Science from Indiana University.

Application Process


It’s an exciting time to join BCG! Please apply here by November 28, 2022 at 11:59 PM ET. You will be asked to provide:
  • A resume
  • Your office preference(s)—up to three, weighted to reflect your level of interest in each​
  • A cover letter (optional—you may upload your resume twice if the system requires an upload and you do not want to submit a cover letter)​
  • An indication of your interest in the DigitalBCG Consultant role. DigitalBCG Consultants have previous digital/technical work experience and want the majority of their work to be spent solving digital problems.​

Online Case
The application process includes an online problem solving assessment that must be completed on December 2, 2022 between 10:30 AM - 1:30 PM ET. All applicants are required to take the online problem solving assessment to complete their application. The assessment takes ~40 minutes and must be completed within the above time range. 

If you apply to a US BCG office, you will also receive an email inviting you to play the pymetrics games after you submit your application. These 12 neuroscience-based games provide insight into your cognitive and emotional attributes and your potential for success at BCG. The games take ~25 minutes to play, and you will have 48 hours to play them after receiving the invitation. For more information on pymetrics, please click here. If you have already played the pymetrics games as part of a previous BCG application, you will not be prompted to play the games again as we already have your results on file.
