Amir Fawzy joined BCG's Toronto office as an associate in January 2020. Prior to working for BCG, Amir completed internships at two consulting firms. The first was at a boutique firm in Montreal, where he spent the summer advising a pension fund on the implications of disruptive technologies for institutional investors. The second was at Accenture in Toronto, where he worked on a digitalization project in the public sector. Amir graduated on the Dean's List from McGill University's faculty of Management with a Bachelor of Commerce in 2019. During his time at McGill, Amir was selected by his professors to work as a teaching assistant and grader for 3 different classes (case analysis & presentations, venture capital & entrepreneurship, and managerial economics) and successfully represented the university at several domestic and international case competitions. After completing his undergraduate studies, Amir participated in BCG’s fellowship program, volunteering for an NGO which aims to facilitate market-oriented reforms in Egypt.
