Growing Future Leaders
Growing Future Leaders is a 10-week immersive summer internship program for Black/African American, Hispanic/Latino, and Indigenous/Native American/Alaska Native second year students. This program aims to support and develop students from these groups as they prepare to become leaders in consulting and the global business community.

Bridge to Consulting
Bridge to Consulting is an immersive workshop that enables you to explore life as a BCG Associate, make connections with others in your cohort, and develop your interview toolkit. The invite-only program culminates in an opportunity to interview for a Summer 2024 internship.  The program is for students graduating in 2025 & 2026 who identify as Black/African American, Hispanic/Latino, and/or Indigenous/Native American/Alaska Native.
