Meet Our Team
Sarah is the Talent Acquisition Specialist for all Harvard University students and sits in the Boston office. Sarah graduated from Providence College with a Bachelor’s in Marketing. In her free time, she enjoys running and spending time with her family and friends.
Talent Acquisition Specialist
Racquel is the Talent Acquisition Lead for all North American-based recruiting for BCG's international offices. Racquel is located in the Boston office and graduated from Boston College with a major in History and a minor in Philosophy. In her free time, Racquel loves to run and spend time on the beach.
Global Talent Acquisition Lead
Tae is a Consultant in the Boston office and the current Global Specialist for all Harvard University students interested in BCG. At BCG, he works across a variety of practice areas (including Consumer Products, Financial Industries, Industrial Goods, Private Equity, People and Organization, Public Sector, Social Impact). Tae also has experience working in the BCG London office (London-Amsterdam-Brussels system) and is part of the Asian Diversity Network and Black+Latinx community at BCG. Tae joined BCG in the summer of 2018 as a Summer Associate. He is a proud graduate of Lowell House at Harvard, with a concentration in Sociology and a language citation in French. Outside BCG, Tae enjoys travelling and appreciates trying out local cuisine!

BCG is excited to accept applications from current students interested in our 2023 Full-Time Associate, Summer Associate Intern and Sophomore Growing Future Leader Intern roles this summer and fall! Please see below for the different open positions and apply to the one you are eligible for. Please note, for Full-Time and Summer roles, you may only submit one job application for the same role per recruiting year. If you are unsuccessful during the July deadline you may not apply again in the second option.

Please note, if you do not apply by July 21st, BCG will not be able to expedite your hiring process ahead of our September cycle so please apply by the first option if you expect to receive any offers requiring decisions prior to September.
For students with graduation dates between December 2024 – June 2025, and who identify as Black/African American, Hispanic/Latino and/or Native American/Alaska Native, we will begin accepting applications to our Growing Future Leaders (GFL) Sophomore Internship Program on August 1, 2022. You will have the opportunity to experience BCG’s work and culture in one of our US or Canadian offices. In this time, you will be paired with a mentor, participate in training and development programs, and work as a member of a BCG team. Upon successful completion of the GFL Internship Program, individuals are eligible for a junior-year internship offer. Applications for GFL will open on August 1, 2022 and be due on September 15, 2022.
