Welcome to the BCG page for Harvard University undergraduates and non-MBA master's students!

We are excited that you are interested in consulting in general and BCG in particular. You will find that BCG has much to offer in terms of career possibilities, extraordinary mentorship and career development, global opportunities, and a wide variety of case experiences.

HKS Students

  • For those pursuing MBA dual degree, please apply by your MBA school deadline. Please navigate to your specific campus here.

  • Master’s students with at least four years of full-time work experience between completion of their undergraduate degree and graduate degree

  • Master’s students with less than four years of full-time work experience between completion of their undergraduate degree and graduate degree

    • Our Associate internship application deadlines have passed for Summer 2024.

Alicia is the Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist for all Harvard undergraduate and non-MBA Masters students. Alicia joined BCG in 2021 and is based in the Boston office.  Outside of the office, she can be found enjoying the outdoors and spending time with family and friends.
