Meet Our Team
Alicia is the Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist for all Harvard undergraduate and non-MBA Masters students. Alicia joined BCG in 2021 and is based in the Boston office.  Outside of the office, she can be found enjoying the outdoors and spending time with family and friends.

​Application Process for HKS Students 
  • MBA Dual Degree Students 
    • Please follow the recruitment deadlines for your MBA school. You can find your specific campus information here.
  • Master’s Students with 4+ Years of Full-Time Work Experience 
    • You are eligible to recruit through our Advanced Degree process. Visit our Advanced Degree recruiting page to learn more about upcoming events and deadlines.
  • Master’s Students with Less than 4 Years of Full-Time Work Experience 
    • You should apply through our Associate recruiting process. Visit our Associate recruiting page to learn more about upcoming events and deadlines.
