Meet Our Team
Shayla oversees Harvard Business School and Stanford GSB recruiting for BCG. Prior to her time at BCG, she was an Assistant Director at Villanova University's Career Center. Shayla Received her MS in human resource development from Villanova University and her BS in marketing and international business from the University of Delaware. She enjoys traveling and spending time outdoors.

Catie is a Principal in the Boston office. She joined full time in 2020 after spending her summer at BCG in 2019. At BCG, Catie's project work has spanned Consumer / Retail, Climate & Sustainability (C&S), and PIPE. Prior to BCG, Catie worked in corporate strategy and innovation at Fidelity Investments. Catie received her MBA from Harvard Business School and holds a BA in Economics from Dartmouth College. In her free time, Catie enjoys sailing, traveling, and exploring Boston on foot

Elise McNamara is a Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist at BCG. She works in the Boston office supporting HBS and Tepper recruiting. Elise graduated from Westfield State University with a major in Business Management. Prior to BCG, she supported the recruiting, professional development and diversity & inclusion team at a real estate law firm. In her free time, she loves all things outdoors (walking, hiking, rollerblading, paddleboarding), cooking and baking new recipes, and exploring all of New England's coastal towns.

Racquel is the Talent Acquisition Manager for all North American-based recruiting for BCG's international offices. Racquel is located in the Boston office and graduated from Boston College with a major in History and a minor in Philosophy. In her free time, Racquel loves to run and spend time on the beach.

Molly oversees campus recruiting for those interested in digital strategy consulting roles. Molly is originally from Boston and currently lives in New York. Prior to BCG, Molly worked at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute in clinical research administration. On the weekends, she loves to read, try new restaurants, and spend time outside.
