Hello, and a warm welcome to our BCG campus page, which contains information on how BCG connects with UK students. This is a priority campus for BCG globally and we have alumni in our offices all around the world.

Meet Our Team
Sam joined BCG in 2016 after completing the BCG Summer Internship in 2015. He holds a Masters in Engineering from the University of Cambridge. Sam is a Principal in BCG’s Public Sector practice, with a particular focus on digital topics.

UK University Recruiting Director
Emily is a University Recruiter in the BCG London office. She joined the firm in 2021 as a Junior University Recruiter and also has experience working within the MBA hiring team. Emily holds a BA in Graphic Communication from Bath Spa University and an MSc in Management from the University of Bath. She previously worked for Capgemini Engineering as a Sales Associate.

Diana joined BCG in July 2018 and focusses on MBA recruiting from London Business School, Judge Business School and Saïd Business School, as well as other UK universities. Before BCG, she worked in graduate recruitment in Investment Banking and Law. Diana holds a BSc in Management from Cass Business School.

International Campus Manager
Britt is the International Campus Manager for all UK undergrad, masters, and advanced degree students interested in our global BCG offices! While she recently joined the London office from our Chicago office, she has been with BCG since 2017. Prior to joining BCG, Britt graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelors in International Studies and Political Science.

International Campus Recruiting Manager
Claire is the London Campus Recruiting Manager for BCG, having joined the firm in 2017 as part of the Experienced Hiring team. She previously worked at Ocado on their graduate management scheme. Claire holds a Masters in Management and undergraduate Mathematics degree, both from the University of Sheffield.

Jess moved to BCG in 2016, from a previous role in Software Engineering. She completed her undergraduate studies in Electronic Engineering at the University of Manchester and an MBA at Harvard University. She is a core member of BCG’s Public Sector practice with a focus on climate and sustainability topics.

Learn more about the Pride@BCG network and Summer Internship Programme at BCG with a one-to-one chat with one of our Pride@BCG affiliated consultants in a relaxed and friendly environment. You'll be able to ask any questions you have about the network and its activities, day to day life at BCG or for any advice about our application processes.

21st January | 6pm - 9pm Pride@BCG London Internship Insight Day  
Pride@BCG invites students interested in our network and Summer Internships in London to learn more about what we do as consultants and the role of the Pride@BCG network in supporting the LGBTQ+ community. You will come away with a better understanding of BCG and the consulting industry, how we partner with our clients, the Pride@BCG network, and how to make a strong application to the firm’s Internship Program.

Come and take part in our BCG Insight Programme; a two day course for a select number of talented students in their first year of a three year course or second year of a four year course. Through interactive workshops and business case studies you will gain insight into life as a consultant, learn how to approach and solve complex business challenges, and develop core skills that will aid you in your studies and future career.
