Meet Our Team
Alexandra oversees Fuqua, Darden, Tuck, and Ross recruiting for BCG. Alexandra began her BCG career as a Consultant and then Project Leader in the Atlanta office. She worked with clients across a range of industries and topics before specializing within the People & Organization Practice (Leadership, Talent, Culture). Outside of work, Alexandra enjoys distance running and spending time with her husband, little boy, and dog.

Jami Dunn is BCG's Talent Acquisiton Manager for Tuck and Ross, based out of our Boston office. Previously, she worked at MIT Sloan's Career Development Office on the Employer Relations & Recruiting team. Jami holds a BA in Communication from UMass Amherst and an MEd in Higher Education Administration from Boston University. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, consuming reality TV, and playing with her dog, Phoebe.

Talent Acquisition Manager
Racquel is the Talent Acquisition Manager for all North American-based recruiting for BCG's international offices. Racquel is located in the Boston office and graduated from Boston College with a major in History and a minor in Philosophy. In her free time, Racquel loves to run and spend time on the beach.

Global Talent Acquisition Manager
Molly oversees campus recruiting for those interested in digital strategy consulting roles. Molly is originally from Boston and currently lives in New York. Prior to BCG, Molly worked at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute in clinical research administration. On the weekends, she loves to read, try new restaurants, and spend time outside.

FT MBA Application Process

Application Deadline: September 12, 2024 at 11:59 PM (Local Time)

  • Create or log into your BCG profile
    • If you haven't already, please create your BCG profile here. 
    • Ensure your resume and any other supporting documents are up to date before you apply. 
    • You will not be able to change your email post account creation, so we encourage you to create an account with an email you will have access to long-term.​

  • Update your office preferences
    • Once you have created your account, make sure the office preferences under the "My Profile" section are up to date. These preferences will be logged at the time of application, so ensure your top two office preferences align with your application(s) and are consistent across the applications.​

  • Navigate to the application that aligns with your top two office preferences
    • If you are interested in:
      • US offices only: Apply to the US application only - Link HERE
      • US and international offices: Apply to both the US application and the relevant system or country-specific application​.
      • Offices outside the US only: Apply to the appropriate system or country-specific application(s)​.
      • You can find application links for offices outside of the US on our BCG International Application and Events page​.
    • Again, ensure your top two office preferences in your profile align with your application(s) and are consistent across the application(s)​.
    • If you update your top two office preferences on your profile after you apply, those changes will not be reflected in the application, so be sure the office preferences on your profile up to date before you apply. 

  • Submit your application(s)
    • Once you know which application(s) align with your top two office preferences, please apply to those specific link(s)​.
    • Denote Digital Interest: The application will prompt you to indicate whether you have digital experience. If you have digital experience and would like to be considered for the digital strategy consultant role, please select yes when prompted. Digitally-tagged consultants have previous digital/technical work experience and desire to spend a meaningful amount of their career working on and solving digital problems.
