Summer is the Global Recruiting Senior Specialist and started with BCG in 2022. She focuses on all US-based students with an interest in Non-US and Canada offices. She is also the main point of contact for all students at Cornell Johnson. Outside the office, you’ll probably catch Summer chasing after her pup, Luna, and cooking for her friends and family!

Racquel is the Talent Acquisition Manager for all North-American based recruiting for BCG's international offices. Racquel is located in the Boston office and graduated from Boston College with a major in history and a minor in philosophy. In her free time, Racquel loves to run and spend time on the beach.

Global Talent Acquisition Manager
Molly oversees campus recruiting for those interested in digital strategy consulting roles. Molly is originally from Boston and currently lives in New York. Prior to BCG, Molly worked at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute in clinical research administration. On the weekends, she loves to read, try new restaurants, and spend time outside.
