Meet Our Team

Leslie Howard joined Boston Consulting Group in 2021.  At BCG, she focuses on campus recruiting for undergraduates and MBAs throughout the West Coast. Leslie earned Bachelors degrees in Strategic Communication and Theatre Performance from the University of Missouri and a Masters in Youth Studies from the University of Glasgow. Her interests include theatre, ballet, travel, hiking and camping.

Megan started full-time as an Associate in October 2020 after being a Summer in 2019. Since joining BCG, she was worked primarily in consumer / retail, PIPE and healthcare. Her interest areas include consumer (especially consumer health), social impact, education, digital and public health. Before BCG, Megan completed her undergraduate studies in Biophysics and Economics at Claremont McKenna College.

Associate and Recruiting Specialist
Luke started full-time as an Associate in January 2021 after interning as a Summer Associate in 2019. Since joining BCG, he has worked primarily on PIPE (Principal Investors and Private Equity), tech, and public sector cases. Before BCG, Luke completed his undergraduate studies in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics (PPE) at Claremont McKenna College where he also played football.

Luke Livingston
Associate and Recruiting Specialist
Cal is an A2 in the Los Angeles office, joining BCG after a year and a half with EY-Parthenon. Cal graduated with a BA in economics from Pomona College in 2019, where he competed for the Sagehens on their track and field team as a hurdler/jumper. While at EY-Parthenon, Cal worked on due diligence projects primarily in the consumer space. Cal was also heavily involved in EY-P's DE&I, social/culture, and sustainability committees, as he is . Since joining BCG, Cal has worked on projects in the TMT, PIPE, FI, and CFS practice areas. Outside of work, Cal enjoys being on the beach, playing volleyball, hiking, and generally just being outside in LA's great climate.

Application Process

BCG is excited to accept applications from current students interested in our 2023 Full-Time Associate, Summer Associate Intern and Sophomore Growing Future Leader Intern roles this summer and fall! Please see below for the different open positions and apply to the one you are eligible for. Please note, for Full-Time and Summer roles, you may only submit one job application for the same role per recruiting year. If you are unsuccessful during the July deadline you may not apply again in the second option.

For students with graduation dates between December 2022 – August 2023, we are offering two deadlines for full-time Associate opportunities:


  • Thursday, July 14, 11:59 PM ET
  • Tuesday, August 23, 11:59 PM ET

APPLY HERE! You can choose one deadline based on your own personal timeline and how prepared you feel, however, full-time Associate candidates in the class of 2023 are encouraged to apply by the July 14 deadline.

For students with graduation dates between December 2023 – June 2024, we are offering two opportunities to apply for summer internships taking place during the summer of 2023:
  • Thursday, July 21, 11:59 PM ET
  • Thursday, September 15, 11:59 PM ET

APPLY HERE! You can choose one deadline based on your own personal timeline and how prepared you feel. Please note, if you do not apply by July 21st, BCG will not be able to expedite your hiring process ahead of our September cycle so please apply by the first option if you expect to receive any offers requiring decisions prior to September.

For students with graduation dates between December 2024 – June 2025, and who identify as Black/African American, Hispanic/Latino and/or Native American/Alaska Native, we will begin accepting applications to our Growing Future Leaders (GFL) Sophomore Internship Program on August 1, 2022. You will have the opportunity to experience BCG’s work and culture in one of our US or Canadian offices. In this time, you will be paired with a mentor, participate in training and development programs, and work as a member of a BCG team. Upon successful completion of the GFL Internship Program, individuals are eligible for a junior-year internship offer. Applications for GFL will open on August 1, 2022 and be due on September 15, 2022.
