In Casablanca, more than anywhere else, we are actors in the major transformations impacting Africa and our planet. Our office is a major hub of BCG in Africa, focusing on the socio-economic development of the continent, and the sustainability imperative that governs all our work.

Since 2010, we have been the leaders of strategy consulting in Morocco, with a diverse team of more than 130 people.
This growing team is composed of generalist consultants, data scientists and engineers, IT consultants and architects, knowledge analysts and a business support team.

We like to refer to ourselves as a big family of pioneers! And like all families, we make sure to create beautiful memories, by regularly hosting unique events that bring us all together and allow us to enjoy the richness of the Moroccan landscape and culture.

Today, I’m a Senior Recruiter and I’m in charge of the candidates recruiting process, whether generalist or digital profiles. Life in Morocco

Living and working in Casablanca, at the top of Africa, allows one to benefit from the strong connection with Europe all while immersing oneself in the depth of the Moroccan and African cultures.

Casablanca is a vibrant city that perfectly portrays the equilibrium between modernity and tradition. This energetic city offers international level restaurants and bars, as well as cinemas, theatres, art galleries, and an authentic cultural scene.

Between the stunning architectural heritage of the art deco historical city center, the quick access to the majestic Atlantic beach coast, and the green parks, the city offers diverse and enjoyable lifestyles to please all.

Thanks to its central location within the country, it is very easy to access all the other cities of Morocco in a short travel time. Our BCGers regularly get away together on weekend trips, to surf in Imsouane, trek in the Atlas Mountains, camp in the desert of Zagora, enjoy the snow in Ifrane, kite surf in Dakhla, party in Marrakech, visit the centenary medina of Fès, or simply lazy around on the northern beaches of the Mediterranean.

Visiting Associates

Entry level; up to 18 months of experience

As fresh graduate with maximun 18 months of experience, you can join BCG as Visiting Associate. This junior position that will allow you to collaborate on challenging projects with team members, increasing your understanding of complex business problems and developing new skills and experience to help you in the future.
Alternatively, if you are an undergraduate student, you can also apply for an intership.

Applications are open all year round for experienced professionals or those who are completing/have recently completed an MBA.

Yesterday, Badr Choufari represented Boston Consulting Group BCG at the Casablanca Finance City Insights conference, hosted at the Casablanca-Settat Regional Headquarters.

He joined a high-level panel alongside Khalid Baddou UM6P – Mohammed VI Polytechnic University, Arthur Minsat OECD, and Javier Diaz Cassou The World Bank Group, in a discussion moderated by Abdellah Tourabi. The conversation focused on the critical role of skills development and job creation in accelerating Africa’s transformation — particularly in sectors such as digital, infrastructure, and renewable energy.

Badr also reflected on the OECD’s latest report, which offered strategic insights into regional development trajectories and policy priorities shaping the continent’s future.
