Empowering the next generation of leaders in Saudi
Jeel Tamooh is an association for next generation leaders, hosted by Boston Consulting Group (BCG) Middle East. The program develops, motivates, and inspires the most talented and distinguished university students in Saudi to achieve their full potential. It strengthens their leadership, professional, and interpersonal skills.
The 5-month program allows students to engage in interactive workshops and dynamic discussions in diverse sessions with world-class speakers to shape their communities. Held in the third quarter of this year, the program’s Career Fair is a collaborative opportunity between the Jeel Tamooh members and BCG’s clients, allowing the members to meet prospective employers.
Jeel Tamooh members have the opportunity to explore consulting by entering an exclusive fast-track interview process for BCG’s 6-month Visiting Junior Associate Program. As a pathway to a possible BCG career, the program will support their professional development and nurture members into future generations of GCC leaders, by fully integrating them into the work of BCG teams.
The program will also accelerate members' personal growth through formal training programs, workshops, and online modules. The Visiting Junior Associate Program serves as a stepping stone to acquiring skill sets required to succeed across industries regionally and globally.
BCG created this tailor-made initiative to enable top graduates and students in Saudi to expand their opportunities and aspirations. For more information on this program, please contact the Jeel Tamooh team below.
BCG hosts events in locations across the globe to recruit new hires and develop careers. Case competitions, workshops, and the annual Strategy Cup are favorites among attendees of our lively offerings.
