Something about BCG's culture that always warms my heart is the emphasis that they place on building positive work relationships. In a beautiful exercise that showcased the power of a positive workplace, all of us participants were placed in small groups, and the task was to share one positive observation about our fellow team members. While we listened to these affirmations, we were also asked to record a video of the session to use in situations of self-doubt.
