Summer Associates

Who can apply
Undergraduate and non-MBA Masters students from all fields of study and backgrounds with graduation dates between December 2027 – July 2028 are welcome to apply.

You will be asked to provide: 
  • Resume
  • College transcripts​
  • Your top 2 office preferences (weighted to reflect your level of interest in each)

Additional requirements for candidates applying to a US Office:
  • ACT and/or SAT total scores with sub-score breakdowns​
  • The consulting career assessment (CCA) (30-35 minutes):
    • CCA will help us learn more about you, above and beyond what's on your resume and application. It provides unbiased, multi-dimensional insight into your potential for success at BCG.
    • If you apply to a U.S. application, you will receive an email from talentcentral@shl.com ~48 hours after the deadline inviting you to complete the assessment. You will have 24 hours to complete the assessment once you receive the invitation. Please add talentcentral@shl.com to your safe sender list to ensure you receive our emails. 

Students considering offices outside of the US
To be considered for a role in any of our non-US offices, you will need to apply to the appropriate country specific application(s). If you are only interested in our US offices, you should only apply to the US application. However, if you are interested in a US office and an office outside of the US, you will need to apply to both the US application and the other system or country-specific application.

  • All BCG applications will ask you for your top two office preferences
    • Please ensure your top two office preferences remain consistent across applications
  • If you apply to multiple country or system applications, you will only have the opportunity to move forward with one country or system if selected

Full-Time Associates

Who can apply:

    *Note: If you are currently pursuing your MBA or other educational degree, you are not eligible to apply for these deadlines. BCG has a strong presence on many campuses and will connect directly with those who indicate an interest in pursuing a full-time or summer internship position with BCG. For more information about careers at BCG, visit careers.bcg.com.

However, if you are interested in a US office and an office outside of the US, you will need to apply to the US requisition and the other, country or system specific requisition.

    We review all applications after the deadline.

    The Consulting Career Assessment (CCA) will help us learn more about you, above and beyond what's on your resume and application. It provides unbiased, multi-dimensional insight into your potential for success at BCG. 

    The assessment will be sent ~48 hours after the application deadline. The assessment will take ~30-35 minutes and you will have 24 hours to complete it once you receive the invitation. 

    Cover letters are not required for the Summer Internship or Full-Time applications. Candidates are welcome to submit one via the "other documents" section.
