BCG Application Process
1. Create a profile on our website

Begin by visiting our PORTAL and creating a CANDIDATE PROFILE
During profile creation, you will be asked to list your top two office preferences and indicate whether you are open to relocating outside of these offices. These preferences should match the offices you will apply to

You can apply directly to the offices you are interested in – you can find the list of open office opportunities here
Each office with current hiring needs will have a job/requisition link available. If an office does not have an application link, it means that office is not currently open for hiring

Instructions for how to apply

MIM students should apply to the "Associate" level roles.
When creating your profile and applying, please use a personal email address that you will have regular access to in the future. You cannot change your email once chosen and will have to make a new profile is you lose access to your previous email.
How to fill in education information:

School or university: ‘INSEAD’
Degree: ‘MIM’
Major or field of study: ‘Master In Management’

Recommendations: While you will have the flexibility to apply to multiple offices, we recommend submitting applications to no more than 3 or 4 offices. This focused approach allows you to better tailor your application to each office and increases your chances of success.
As a reminder the offices you are applying to should match the office preferences listed in your candidate profile.
