Alison joined BCG as a Summer Associate in 2017. She works across a wide variety of projects with a focus on growth strategy and large transformations for consumer retail clients. She is also passionate about supporting alumni and recruiting initiatives.

Based in the Montreal office, Olivia brings extensive HR and recruitment experience. Her recruiting approach centers on ensuring a positive and meaningful candidate experience. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring hobbies and spending time with her dog, Milo.

Charles joined BCG in 2021 after completing his MBA at MIT Sloan. He works on strategy, digital, and transformation projects in the industrial goods and energy industries. Before BCG, he worked in consulting in Europe. Outside work, he likes running and racket sports and spends time with his two young boys.

Laurent joined BCG in 2024 after completing his MBA at INSEAD. He has worked across topics focused on strategy, cost optimization, and large-scale transformations for financial institutions. Outside work, he enjoys skiing, running, and discovering new restaurants.

Project Leader, Montreal office
Danika is a Project Leader in BCG’s Montreal office, which she joined in 2020. She primarily works with organizations in the industrial goods and energy sectors, supporting clients on strategy and operations mandates aimed at improving performance and driving sustainable growth. Over the course of her career, she has also worked across a range of industries, including transportation, financial institutions, and the agri-food sector. Danika holds a Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering and a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Polytechnique Montréal, as well as an MBA from Harvard Business School. Outside of work, she is an avid home cook who enjoys exploring new recipes. She is also a dedicated runner and passionate hiker, having completed iconic treks such as Annapurna Base Camp, Mount Kilimanjaro, and the Dolomites.

Grow@BCG is an in-person, week-long program designed for students interested in consulting. Through panel discussions, immersive workshops, and industry insights, you’ll have the chance to learn, connect, and grow alongside our consultants. The 2025 application process has now closed.
