Step 1 ONLINE APPLICATION
Each application should include your CV and a Cover Letter. We want to get to know you so please make sure you include information in your cover letter and CV about things you’re passionate about and why BCG is a great career fit for you.
Step 2 ONLINE CASE EXPERIENCE
The online case is a virtual case experience consisting of a mix of qualitative questions, business logic, and analytical problem solving.
Step 3 HR INTERVIEW
An HR interview is a two-way process, it evaluates you as a candidate while giving you insights into the company’s culture, values, mission, and work environment to assess alignment with your goals.
Step 4 CASE BUDDY PRACTICE
The Case Buddy is a dedicated resource for BCG Almaty, offering expert mentorship to help candidates prepare for case interviews. Through guidance, insights, and practical tips, they play a key role in strengthening interview readiness and performance.
Step 5 INTERVIEW PROCESS
The first round includes two 60-minute case interviews with consultants from various BCG offices. Based on your performance, you may be invited to the final round. The final round consists of two additional 60-minute interviews.
Step 6 OFFER
If you succeed in your interview process, you will receive an offer and be invited to be part of BCG.
