I first joined BCG Thailand as a Case Team Assistant, and what impressed me most was the genuine support from the team. Even during intense projects, senior leaders took time to mentor and support me. Since I joined, I’ve worked across industries, from retail to financial institutions, and what continues to inspire me is the team spirit. We work hard, we grow together, and we celebrate our wins as one team. For me, BCG is not just about strategy on paper, it’s about creating real impact alongside people who truly care.

I pivoted into consulting after an MBA at Columbia, bringing hands-on experience from e-commerce and retail. Joining BCG as a lateral hire meant a steep learning curve, but the on-the-job training, constant feedback, and clear career milestones made the ramp exciting. One highlight was an energy project where we quantified the synergy value of consolidating downstream infrastructure across multiple flagships—real strategy with tangible results. I’m now on a cross-border case in Laos, collaborating seamlessly with clients and teams, and leaning on mentors (and our Big Sister network) who push me to grow. The pace is intense, but the impact, community, and clarity of the path make it worth it.

At BCG, I’ve found the mix of impact and community I was looking for. In my first 13 months I’ve worked with diverse teams from Hong Kong and Malaysia to Jakarta and the Philippines and learned fast through candid feedback from buddies and my CDA. A favorite moment was helping drive social-impact work, from a PICO finance awareness case competition to supporting the ASEAN Trade Finance Registry initiative. Whether I’m on a cross-border case or back in the Bangkok office after a morning workout, I’m building the skills and network to pursue my long-term goal: shaping Thai policy for sustainable change.
