BCG Emeralds Program will be launching across Southeast Asia. We encourage applicants from all backgrounds and disciplines to apply – there is no ‘standard type’. The Emeralds Program is designed to help you get to know us and experience what we do as you navigate through your career options.

How to Apply

Applications to SEA’s Emeralds Program are designed for students from local-based universities. We are looking for students from all fields of study and a curious mind seeking new challenges.

All SEA offices – Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Jakarta, Manila, Bangkok, Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh.

To be eligible, you are a final-year student and are expected to graduate by mid-2027. For Singapore office applicants, you are a penultimate year student and are expected to graduate by 2028.

We are open to students from all disciplines.

There is no minimum commitment, but we highly encourage you to be fully immersed in the program. We will be having in-person and virtual events, it's best to participate in all of these events to get the most of out it.

You may apply for an internship only if you are applying to the Singapore office. All other SEA offices will be looking at Full-Time positions.

Your title will be determined depending on office location and interview evaluation.

During the program, you will be exposed and introduced to a diverse network of like-minded participants from varied backgrounds. As part of this program, we will invite you to exclusive networking events and provide you with skills-based workshops to help you prepare and grow.

Being a part of this exclusive program aims to integrate you into the vast network of BCG-ers across SEA and provides you with first-hand experience and sharing from successful individuals within the organization. During the planned sessions, you will gain both practical careers tips and critical insights into what type of work and career you can potentially pursue both within and outside of BCG.

Yes, you will still be eligible. We typically receive a significantly higher amount of applications for these special programs therefore the rejection in this case will apply to only the program.. We encourage you to submit an application to us if you remain keen to pursue a career with us.
