Benjamin is the Executive Director of Global Finance at BCG X, bringing nearly 20 years of international leadership experience. Currently based in Lisbon and of both American and Portuguese heritage, he also co-leads the Lisbon Capability Center, driving strategy, innovation, and fostering a culture of growth and collaboration.

With over 15 years of experience, Sara is an HR Director at BCG, where she drives people strategy and co-leads the Lisbon Capability Center. She helped grow BCG’s LCC workforce from the ground up, building inclusive, high-performing teams. A psychologist by training and mother of four, she’s passionate about leadership, efficiency, and helping people thrive—on and off the volleyball court.
Margarete brings 25+ years of experience in strategy, planning, and business development. She leads with a hands-on, people-first approach, driving scalable operations and excellence across the hub. Passionate about people and culture, she fosters collaboration, challenges the status quo, and empowers teams to lead, grow, and innovate.
Alessia Soffientini is an Executive Support Services Team Manager at BCG’s Lisbon Capability Center (LCC). Launched in 2024, the LCC is a growing operations and support hub delivering multilingual, high-quality services to global teams and plays a critical role in enabling worldwide business growth and hiring top talent across support functions.
