During the Visiting Associate program, you will receive two formal evaluations - one midway through the program and one at its conclusion. Based on these evaluations, our Leadership Team will make a decision regarding offering you a position as a Full-Time Associate. We will also jointly decide on the most convenient start date for you. After the internship, you may choose to complete your studies or embark on an extended journey - no worries, we'll wait for you. You can postpone your start by up to 12 months.
