Jobs in Czech Republic

Welcome to BCG in the Czech Republic
A special welcome message
BCG is a fantastic place not only to start one’s career but also to develop, grow and thrive longer term. The work we do is genuinely interesting but also deeply impactful – and the broad range of topics, clients and geographies we cover means that all projects are unique and the learning never stops.

The ability to chart one’s own course through a career BCG is truly impressive; whether that’s by using different flexible working models, by specializing in a different functional or industry areas of expertise, taking client secondments, supporting social impact work, or taking part in the numerous global mobility programs offered.

For me, what sets BCG as a whole, and BCG Prague in particular, apart as a firm are its people – across all parts of our business you are working side-by-side with highly motivated, enthusiastic and energetic people from a diverse set of backgrounds who are committed to finding insightful, innovative solutions and adding value: to our clients, to our firm and to the broader society in which we operate.
Join us.

What to expect from BCG Case Interviews?

Each interview is divided into three parts: personal background, analysis of a case study and an opportunity for the applicant to ask questions about BCG.

  1. In the personal background section, we aim to get to know you better, learn more about your experience, and also your motivation in joining BCG.
  2. The next section, the case study, requires analytical thinking and the ability to deal quickly with basic mathematical calculations. Based on your steps in solving the case study, we are thus able to assess your ability to think critically and solve problems effectively and creatively.
  3. In the end, you will have space for a few questions for the interviewer.
