A special welcome message
Joining BCG means entering a world full of opportunities. It is a place where you can learn, grow, and explore your potential while being part of a community that truly cares – about each other, about our clients, and about the impact we create.

The work we do is exciting and meaningful. It pushes us to think creatively, solve tough problems, and constantly develop new skills. With the wide variety of industries, topics, and geographies we cover, no two projects are ever the same, and the learning truly never stops.

There are many things that make BCG unique, but one of the most important is the variety of paths people can take over time. Whether it's by developing expertise in different industries or topics, exploring opportunities through client secondments or global mobility, or engaging in social impact work, there are many ways to shape a meaningful and rewarding career here.

BCG Prague, in particular, stands out to me because of its people. Across every part of our office, you will find colleagues who are smart, driven, and passionate, but also kind, supportive, and deeply committed to making a positive difference. Working alongside such a diverse and motivated group of people, all striving to do meaningful work and support one another, is what makes BCG Prague such a special place.

What to expect from BCG Case Interviews?

Each interview is divided into three parts: personal background, analysis of a case study and an opportunity for the applicant to ask questions about BCG.

  1. In the personal background section, we aim to get to know you better, learn more about your experience, and also your motivation in joining BCG.
  2. The next section, the case study, requires analytical thinking and the ability to deal quickly with basic mathematical calculations. Based on your steps in solving the case study, we are thus able to assess your ability to think critically and solve problems effectively and creatively.
  3. In the end, you will have space for a few questions for the interviewer.
