FutureHer is a three-month Caspian-wide mentorship and development program designed for high-achieving students from Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, and Uzbekistan

Through workshops, teamwork, and collaboration, participants gain hands-on consulting experience, expand their

Who Should Apply?

We welcome applications from students who:
  • Who can be physically present in one of the eligible countries during March–May 2026
  • Are pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree
  • Graduate in 2026
  • Are fluent in English and a local language (Kazakh, Azerbaijani, or Uzbek)
  • Are curious about problem-solving, teamwork, and making an impact through consulting

Eligibility & Requirements

  • Citizen or resident of Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, or Uzbekistan
  • Currently studying in one of these countries, or studying abroad but able to be physically present in the region during March–May 2026
  • Enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program
  • Expected graduation in 2026
  • Fluent in English and a local language (Kazakh, Azerbaijani, or Uzbek)
  • Available for the full program period (March–May 2026)
