FutureHer is a three-month Caspian-wide mentorship and development program designed for high-achieving students from Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, and Uzbekistan
Through workshops, teamwork, and collaboration, participants gain hands-on consulting experience, expand their
professional network, and build the skills to launch their careers in strategy consulting.

We welcome applications from students who:
Who can be physically present in one of the eligible countries during March–May 2026
Are pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree
Graduate in 2026
Are fluent in English and a local language (Kazakh, Azerbaijani, or Uzbek)
Are curious about problem-solving, teamwork, and making an impact through consulting

Citizen or resident of Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, or Uzbekistan
Currently studying in one of these countries, or studying abroad but able to be physically present in the regionduring March–May 2026
Enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program
Expected graduation in 2026
Fluent in English and a local language (Kazakh, Azerbaijani, or Uzbek)
Available for the full program period (March–May 2026)
