BCG Canada
NextGen Leaders Program
We are excited to introduce BCG Canada’s NextGen Leaders program which is designed for
first-year undergraduate students (Class of 2029) whose backgrounds and experiences are underrepresented in consulting and whose perspectives have been shaped by overcoming structural barriers to access and opportunity. Through this program participants will get an inside view of BCG, learn more about consulting as a profession, and discover how our networks support growth and success.
The 1.5 day workshop will take place in our Toronto office and feature interactive sessions, panel discussions, and networking opportunities, all thoughtfully designed to reflect our Unlocking Potential (UP) commitment to helping our people thrive.
The workshop will give students the opportunity to connect with members from networks such as Black@BCG, Latin@BCG, and Indigenous@BCG, who will share their experiences and insights. These networks are open to all BCGers who are interested in engaging with and supporting these groups.
Application deadline: May 24, 2026 at 11:59pm ET
