When Rebecca Fell, Global Learning Experience Design Director, returned from maternity leave, she found that AI had quickly become central to how work gets done at BCG. With upskilling in AI a growing priority across Learning & Development, Rebecca and her team launched AI Day—a global initiative designed to help BCGers build confidence using generative AI tools in their day-to-day work.
