Beyond work.
We thrive in a supportive environment full of curious, driven, and caring peoplem like Senior IT Specialist, Darshan. As a proud queer non-binary person and the newly appointed node of Pride@BCG India, Darshan has become a vocal advocate for the LGBTQ+ community, promoting equitable opportunities within BCG and their community. Their dedication is evident in numerous initiatives, including DEI training and a mentorship program for the local transgender community.

Impact beyond. 
We envision and deliver innovative solutions to significant challenges and create lasting impact, in our client work and beyond. As part of our social impact immersion program, Adam, a senior data scientist, was able to temporarily transfer to our Casablanca to pursue his passion for social impact. While there, Adam was able to work on a case with the local government in Lagos to help determine where the impact of climate change would be greatest in the city
