Welcome to BCG CIRCLES 2024
Are you an inspiring woman* with a strong interest in consulting, studying at a Swiss University, and interested in a career in consulting at BCG?

Our three-month mentoring program BCG Circles spring edition is from March until May 2024 and build the foundation of your career: exclusive insights into consulting at BCG, skill workshops, and a case workshop. One-to-one career mentoring fully based on your needs, questions & future interests.
This is a unique opportunity to boost your career and build a network with other passionate and like-minded women.

Note: we will also have a Circles Fall edition in 2024.

Circles Program March - May 2024

Kick-Off Meeting
March 21st from 17.30 -21.00 hrs.
Get ready to embark on a mentoring experience that will shape your personal and professional journey for years to come. We will get together for an exciting and interactive session introducing your mentors and co-mentees, establishing connections, and setting the stage for meaningful mentorship relationships.
You will have the opportunity to ask all your questions about the program so you can take the most out of the next three months for your growth!

Case Workshop
April 12th from 08.30 - 12.00 hrs.
During this workshop, you will crack a case study with your peers and get insights into the thinking and skills that are required as a consultant. Solving a business problem is the ideal opportunity to sharpen your analytical and strategic skills while also having fun collaborating with your team.

Skills Workshop
April 25th from 15.00 - 18.00 hrs.
In this interactive session, we will explore the significance of building a personal brand and its impact on your professional growth and visibility. We'll dive into elements such as defining your core values, identifying your target audience, and showcasing your expertise. You will be equipped with the knowledge, tools, and strategies to create a powerful and authentic personal brand that reflects your unique strengths and aspirations.

Interview Prep Session
​​​​​​​Virtual workshop - date & time to be decided.
We will dive into the world of case interviews and provide you with the tools and guidance necessary to approach these interviews with structure and clarity. Our BCG consultants will demystify the case interview process, explain different case types, and break down the framework for approaching and analyzing complex business problems. Remember, practice makes perfect, and this session is just the beginning of your case interview preparation journey.
#IamRemarkable workshop
Virtual workshop - date & time to be decided.
#IamRemarkable is a Google initiative empowering women and underrepresented
groups to speak openly about their accomplishments in the workplace and beyond,
thereby breaking modesty norms and glass ceilings. We will come together in small groups and talk about the many aspects that make you remarkable.
Mock Interview Night
May 23rd from 16.30 - 20.30 hrs. plus dinner.
And just like that 3 months will be over, and we will close the BCG Circles Mentoring Program with what an interview would look like at BCG Switzerland. Additionally, you will receive firsthand feedback from the recruiting team on your CV, and have a fun closing dinner accompanied with receiving your certificate for completing the program!

How can I apply?

 We are looking for women* students that are currently enrolled at a Swiss university, from all study backgrounds (Bachelor, Master, or PhD) and in their third semester or beyond. Please apply with your CV, cover letter, and high school & university transcripts.

BCG Circles will take place in Zurich and virtually. For all those travelling from the greater Geneva area, BCG will provide accommodation and reimburse travel costs.

Please indicate in your motivational letter which city - Zurich or Geneva - you would prefer.
