Pre-MBA Summer Program
BCGers don't just unlock potential in their clients. They unlock it in each other.
BCG Unlock is a summer learning program that introduces incoming MBAs to the people, insight, and experiences that will enrich their skills, knowledge, and relationships as they set out on the exciting-yet-challenging journey ahead.

​​​​​​​As a participant in BCG Unlock, you can expect personal, candid dialogue with BCG consultants and leaders, as well as your pre-MBA peers. You’ll also get a behind-the-scenes look at our transformational work and digital capabilities, and dive deep into the opportunities, support systems, and tools we offer to help our people be their best. Every conversation will be an opportunity for you to ask the questions that are on your mind as you begin your life-changing year in these evolving times.

Eligibility
BCG Unlock participants must be enrolled in one of the full-time MBA programs listed below, beginning in the fall of 2021. Please note, the program is for those entering their first year of a full-time two-year MBA program (this program is not for second year MBAs). If you are a dual degree student, you are eligible to apply and we encourage you to do so the spring before you begin the first year of your MBA program (i.e. MD/MBAs, JD/MBAs, etc).

Unlocking Diverse Talent

Registration Process

You must complete your registration and submit a resume by 11:59PM ET on Friday, May 7th, 2021. After clicking the link, please click REGISTER NOW, enter your contact information, and then you will be brought to the form.

*Please note, there is a section in the portal which asks you to insert a resume, required for the registration. There is also an option to insert a cover letter and transcripts – this is not required, but you are free to attach if you would like.
