Meet Our Team
Angela oversees CBS, Wharton, Yale SOM and Stern recruiting for BCG. Prior to taking on her current role, Angela was a project leader in the New York office focusing on consulting to clients in the health care and consumer goods industries. Angela received her MBA from Harvard Business School and her joint bachelor degrees in business and law from the University of Queensland in Australia. Angela is based in the New York office of BCG. She enjoys spending time with her children and visiting Australia.

Head of Yale SOM Talent Acquisition
Michelle is a Project Leader in the Philadelphia office and the BCGer on Campus for the Fall 2024 recruiting season. At BCG, she has worked primarily in the biopharma space across a variety of topics including health equity, operations/supply chain, animal health, and more. She received her MBA from Yale SOM and a BS in Finance from Clemson University. In her free time, Michelle enjoys cooking, baking, reading, traveling, skiing, and spending time with friends and family.

Jingy is a Talent Acquisition Manager for CBS, Wharton, Yale SOM and Stern and based out of the Philadelphia office. Prior to joining BCG, Jingy worked in career services at the University of Pennsylvania where she advised Wharton undergraduates and alumni. Jingy earned her BA from Washington University in St. Louis and her MS from the University of Southern California.

Angela is a Talent Acquisition Specialist focusing on Wharton and Yale SOM recruiting, based out of the Philadelphia office. She gradauted from Princeton with a Bachelor's in Anthropology and certificate in teacher preperation. In her freetime, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two dogs and teaching solidcore.

Racquel is the Talent Acquisition Manager for all North American-based recruiting for BCG's international offices. Racquel is located in the Boston office and graduated from Boston College with a major in History and a minor in Philosophy. In her free time, Racquel loves to run and spend time on the beach.

Molly oversees campus recruiting for those interested in digital strategy consulting roles. Molly is originally from Boston and currently lives in New York. Prior to BCG, Molly worked at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute in clinical research administration. On the weekends, she loves to read, try new restaurants, and spend time outside.

BCG Coffee Chats present unique opportunities to talk directly with a BCG consultant about their work, office & colleagues, while getting advice on our recruiting process. Coffee is optional, but great questions are required!

Yale SOM BCG Online Case and Case Interview Workshop

Before BCG consultants can solve clients' complex problems, they must define what those problems are and think through how to tackle them. This virtual session will help you focus on the key issues outlined in a real BCG case, establish a relevant framework for solving them, and identify the analyses you might perform to reach a solution. We will also review the Online Case Assessment.
Yale SOM BCG Case Structuring Workshop and Breakout Sessions
November 4th | 12:00 - 2:00 PM
Before BCG consultants can solve clients' complex problems, they must define what those problems are and think through how to tackle them. This interactive session will help you focus on the key issues outlined in a real BCG case, establish a relevant framework for solving them, and identify the analyses you might perform to reach a solution. Practice your case structuring skills in a small group setting with a BCG consultant.
Join BCG's Talent Acquisition Team as they answer frequently asked questions about our recruiting process, while getting tips for making the most of it.
