We are excited to offer BCG Empower 2026, a program co-hosted by our Black@BCG, Latin@BCG, and Indigenous@BCG networks, which are open to all BCGers who are interested in engaging with and contributing to these communities.

BCG Empower, part of BCG Unlock, is designed for incoming MBA students who have demonstrated a commitment to advancing BCG’s values through leadership, workplace efforts, or community involvement.

Through a mix of interactive sessions, case preparation exercises, and networking opportunities, participants will have the opportunity to:

- Explore what a future at BCG could look like
- Gain insight into our culture, career opportunities, and the ways we bring our values to life

Following BCG Empower, participants may also have opportunities to continue connecting with BCG consultants through interview preparation sessions and additional networking events designed to deepen relationships.
