Nahida joined BCG in 2022 as the Head of Chicago Booth and Stanford GSB Talent Acquisition. In 2023, Nahida continues to serve as the Head of BCG recruiting at Chicago Booth School of Business, in addition to Head of BCG recruiting at Kellogg School of Management. Prior to joining BCG, Nahida was the Director of Academic Services and Director of Admissions for Chicago Booth, as well as the Director of several Career Programs at UChicago Career Advancement. Originally from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, Nahida earned her B.Ed. from the University of Alberta, and received her M.A. from the University of Chicago. When she is not at work, Nahida can be found on the sidelines of sporting events with her husband, cheering on their two kids.

Head of Booth and Kellogg Talent Acquisition
Tessa joined BCG’s Chicago office as a Summer Consultant in 2022 and returned as a Consultant in September 2023. Prior to BCG, Tessa spent seven years working at international banks. She held a variety of roles, starting out as a corporate and investment banking analyst with a focus on industrial clients and later pivoted to help corporate clients manage their foreign exchange and interest rate risk on the corporate sales desk. Tessa holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA with honors in Economics and International Studies from Miami University (OH). She enjoys yoga, hiking, sudokus, trivia, and playing with her dog.

John is the Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist for Chicago Booth, based in BCG's Chicago Office. Prior to joining BCG, John was an associate director on the Chicago Booth MBA admissions team. He has also previously worked as a high school teacher and dancer-choreographer. John holds a BA in economics and public policy from The University of Chicago. Outside of work, John enjoys live music and discovering local hidden restaurants and speakeasies during his travels.

Racquel is the Talent Acquisition Manager for all North-American based recruiting for BCG's international offices. Racquel is located in the Boston office and graduated from Boston College with a major in history and a minor in philosophy. In her free time, Racquel loves to run and spend time on the beach.

Global Talent Acquisition Manager
Molly oversees campus recruiting for those interested in digital strategy consulting roles. Molly is originally from Boston and currently lives in New York. Prior to BCG, Molly worked at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute in clinical research administration. On the weekends, she loves to read, try new restaurants, and spend time outside.
