Meet Our Team
Molly is a talent acquisition specialist overseeing campus recruiting in the Great Lakes region. She joined BCG in August 2022 and is based in the Detroit office. Molly holds a BA from Michigan State University and her Masters' in Human Resource Management and Organizational Development from Eastern Michigan University. Molly has spent the majority of her career in the non-profit space focusing specifically on early career candidates.

Racquel is the Talent Acquisition Manager for all North American-based recruiting for BCG's international offices. Racquel is located in the Boston office and graduated from Boston College with a major in History and a minor in Philosophy. In her free time, Racquel loves to run and spend time on the beach.

Molly oversees campus recruiting for those interested in digital strategy consulting roles. Molly is originally from Boston and currently lives in New York. Prior to BCG, Molly worked at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute in clinical research administration. On the weekends, she loves to read, try new restaurants, and spend time outside.

Introduction to MBA Recruiting for Summer 2025 Internships

September 26th | 12-1PM ET
Join BCG to learn more about the firm and our fall recruiting season for summer 2025 internships! This event will begin with a short presentation and move into a panel discussion and Q&A. The virtual webinar will be recorded for anyone who cannot make it and be uploaded into our Source Portal for Summer 2025 internship recruiting.

Students must register to receive the Zoom Information.
