Our employee resource groups give BCGers the chance to foster an inclusive community for people of Asian descent, coming together to strengthen community and access opportunities to help them thrive.
Collective Community Empowerment
Our Asian community employee resource groups aim to give BCGers a supportive and inclusive environment — where everyone has the opportunity to succeed professionally and flourish personally. Members can find a strong sense of community and support one another through networking and mentorship. Our vast community is comprised of different nationalities, cultures, religions, and languages spanning all over Asia and beyond, yet we are all connected.
We aim to enable you to perform at your best from day one. Our global approach Unlocking Potential (BCG UP) offers programs that empower our leaders and teams to create an environment in which you can thrive. It brings together leading-edge resources across diversity, inclusion, mental health, and wellbeing to enable your success.

We provide an inclusive Asian community with many offerings to enhance your growth and experience at BCG. For example, our North American Asian Diversity Network will invite you to join various programming offerings such as mentorship events, advancement panels, and hot topic discussions. This region's network also offers a robust social agenda, including an annual retreat and festive celebrations for Lunar New Year and Diwali. You will have many opportunities to connect with fellow Asian Leaders and colleagues throughout the year.
The network aims to foster a supportive community for BCGers from across the Asian diaspora, including those with Asian American, East Asian, South Asian, Southeast Asian, Native Hawaiian, Pacific Islander, West Asian, and Middle Eastern heritage, as well as other communities of Asian descent.
We are proud to celebrate all Asians. One of the ways to achieve this is to celebrate and share our traditions from across the world. Our community consists of BCGers with many backgrounds and identities, and we benefit from being very heterogenous. Our North American Asian Diversity Network also established sub-groups to bring people together with like backgrounds. These sub-groups connect regularly throughout the year for affiliation, mentorship, and various focused programming.
